Returns & Refunds
We accept returns, exchanges and refunds within 30 days of purchase. The buyer pays for the return postage, and we will send the alternative size to you free of charge for exchange. To start a return, click the returns portal below. You will need your order number and shipping address postcode.
We politely ask the following if you'd like to exchange or return an item:
- We cannot accept returns on embroidered or altered items. If you need clarification on sizing or style preference, we suggest placing your first order without embroidery.
- All "Clearance" item sales are final and may be exchangeable. However, we cannot issue refunds on these items.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Garments are to be returned in excellent condition - without stains, makeup, or soiling - just as you would want to receive your order. Scrub Store uniforms are worn in hygienic environments and thus must be presented to our customers with 100% cleanliness.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if it has been worn, laundered, or excessively soiled, including make-up marks around the neck.
- Please place the garments inside the original garment bags.
- Returns and exchanges between 30 from the date of purchase require the customer to pay for return shipping.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We're happy to provide personalized attention to each order - individual or group.

*Please do not use New Zealand Post as it won't get delivered to our address. Parcels sent by NZ Post will go to a Post Office and will not be received by us.
